Certificates & Documentation Management
- Maintain and manage Halal certificates
- Prepare and update process flow charts
- Maintain product specifications
- Provide Certificates of Analysis (upon request)
- Liaise with factories to complete customer questionnaires, as required
Procurement & Billing Support
- Raise framework and ad hoc purchase orders (POs) and perform goods receipt (GR)
- Monitor and track billings related to:
  - Product stickering
  - CEC rectification works and maintenance
  - Ad hoc purchases and follow-ups
Operational Coordination
- Arrange courier services
- Coordinate food catering for events
- Organise birthday celebrations and flower baskets for store openings
Finance Administration
- Facilitate and arrange urgent payments
Festive Activities
- Source and coordinate festive gifts and premiums (e.g. diaries, ang paos)
Meeting Support
- Record minutes for WOR / CR meetings
Office Administration
- Manage stationery supplies and printing of name cards
